6. Park Point East Guaranteed Maximum Price for Vertical Construction
Board approval is requested for the Executive Director (or designated Contracting Officer) to execute all documents for the Vertical Construction Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) package with Hardaway Construction for Park Point East. This GMP package includes the remaining work for this project from foundations to the roof, interior finishes and utilities, façade, and landscaping for a cost of $63,019,281.00. Park Point East is a multiple building residential campus situated behind Cherry Oak Apartments with 203 units of affordable housing with 1-, 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom units.
7. Executive Director Performance and Compensation
The Management Review Committee met on March 20, 2024, to perform the annual evaluation of the Executive Director. The Committee rated the Executive Director’s performance a 3.63 out of 4.00. Based on this score the Executive Director exceeded expectations for 2023. The proposed Board resolution would approve payment of the 2024 salary and bonus pay for his 2023 performance to the Executive Director.
