mdha-redevelopment-districts-and-tif-survey

MDHA, in collaboration with Metro officials and Councilmembers, establishes redevelopment districts to reduce disinvestment and attract development to areas where there has been little activity. Within these districts, MDHA can provide financial support to projects that meet the goals of the redevelopment district. This support is in the form of Tax Increment Financing (TIF).

MDHA’s Urban Development Department has prepared an MDHA Redevelopment Districts and TIF Survey to gather feedback on the performance of the redevelopment districts. While the survey is open to anyone, we especially want to hear from those who live, work or own property in Davidson County. Responses are requested by 4 p.m. Friday, May 13.
