MDHA is seeking input on the 2018-2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) until 10 a.m., central time, Aug. 27, 2019.

The CAPER report describes the accomplishments for housing and community development activities for Metro Nashville and Davidson County funded under the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Emergency Solutions Grant, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS programs during the 2018-2019 program year (June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019). This report is required to be completed annually and will be submitted, with public comments, to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for their approval.

The CAPER is available for public examination and comment, and MDHA welcomes your feedback.  Members of the public may download copies here or may request copies by contacting the MDHA Community Development Department at 615-252-8505 or TDD at 615-252-8599. Also, copies will be available at MDHA’s Community Development Department, located at 712 South Sixth St., Nashville, TN 37206, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
