Neighborhood HousingMDHA has opened its waiting list for Neighborhood Housing on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at noon April 23 and continuing through 3 p.m. April 29, 2019. Neighborhood Housing is one of MDHA’s family properties and features one, two and three and four-bedroom units. Anyone currently on the waiting list for Neighborhood Housing will need to reapply.

Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online only applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be submitted online 24 hours a day. The new online only application, which was created in 2018, is more extensive than the previous online only application and will require additional time and information. A valid email address is required, and participants will be notified by email when their application is received.

Assistance will be provided by Catholic Charities of Tennessee from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday during the open application period at their C.E. McGruder Family Resource Center at 2013 25th Ave. North.

Applicants interested in Neighborhood Housing who are in need of assistance may also stop by the Neighborhood Housing management office at 1201 Hawkins St. between 9 and 11 a.m. on Friday, April 24, 2019.

Anyone needing access to a computer with internet service may visit a public library.
