vine-hill-studio-apartments-with-color-cropped-for-resident-newsletterMDHA has opened its waiting lists for Vine Hill Studio Apartments, an elderly and disabled property, on a first-come, first-served basis beginning at noon April 2 and continuing through 3 p.m. April 9. Anyone currently on the waiting list for Vine Hill Studio Apartments will need to reapply.

Vine Hill Studio Apartments is one of MDHA’s elderly and disabled properties. In order to qualify for elderly and disabled housing, you must have a documented disability or be 62 years of age or older.

Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online only applications are now being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be submitted online 24 hours a day.

The new online only application, which was created in 2018, is more extensive than the previous online only application and will require additional time and information. A valid email address is required, and participants will be notified by email when their application is received.

Assistance with the application will be provided by Catholic Charities of Tennessee from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday during the open application period at their C.E. McGruder Family Resource Center at 2013 25th Ave. North.

Applicants interested in Vine Hill Studio Apartments, who are in need of assistance, may stop by the management office at 625 Benton Ave. between 9 and 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 3, 2019.

Applicants interested in Hadley Park Towers who are in need of assistance may stop by the management office at 2901 John A Merritt Blvd. between 1 and 3 p.m. on Friday, April 5, 2019.

 

Each property has its own waiting list, so applicants will need to fill out a new application for each property.
