The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency will hold two briefing sessions for members of the Metropolitan Council on Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., at the Agency’s Offices at 701 South 6th Street, to present proposed ordinance initiatives on: a PILOT program for affordable housing; creation of a Bordeaux Redevelopment District; and two ordinances to support implementation of the Envision Cayce Master Plan.
