20 Feb HVAC, Weatherization Assistance Available

Due to extreme demand and to ensure clients receive services in a timely manner, the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency closed applications for the Homeowner Rehabilitation Program on Feb. 27. The program may reopen at a later date depending on funding availability. You may check the status of the program by calling 615-252-8530.

MDHA’s central heat and air (HVAC) program, which is designed to assist homeowners without heat due to non-functioning HVAC systems, remains open and applications are still being accepted. Please contact 615-252-8500 for more information.

In addition, MDHA is taking applications for the Weatherization Assistance Program. For more information about this program, visit http://www.nashville-mdha.org/weatherization.php or call 615-252-8500.
