Due to extreme demand and to ensure clients receive services in a timely manner, the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency closed applications for the Homeowner Rehabilitation Program on Feb. 27. MDHA’s central heat and air (HVAC) program, which is designed to assist homeowners without heat due to non-functioning HVAC systems, remains open and applications are still being accepted. Please contact 615-252-8500 for more information.
