Not only has Conswala spent the majority of her life as a resident at MDHA’s J. Henry Hale Apartments, it’s the only home her two daughters have known. All that’s changing as Conswala takes the step to achieve a lifelong dream she’s been building – literally and figuratively – for herself and her family: homeownership.
