The Affordable Housing Department is responsible for the administration and normal routine maintenance of the Agency’s affordable housing properties, including scattered sites. Through these programs, MDHA owns more than 6,700 units, primarily affordable housing. The Agency also manages more than 7,000 vouchers providing stable housing to approximately 30,000 Nashvillians.
