Kay Bowers has 28 years of experience working in affordable housing development, finance and property management. Bowers retired as executive director of New Level Community Development Corp. in 2020, but she has continued to work on housing policy and advocacy.
Bowers was appointed to the board in December of 2018. Current term ends November 2025.
