MDHA is requesting proposals from qualified and interested property management firms to operate and manage certain MDHA-owned low-income and affordable housing properties in the Nashville Metropolitan Area.

RFP No. 2025-AH-PO4 Private Property Management Services is available through MDHA’s Procurement Housing Agency Marketplace Site.

All responses must be received before 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 8, 2025.  A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 13, 2025.
