Niea is an MDHA resident, a loving mother of six and now a proud Child Development Associate (CDA) certification graduate. With support from MDHA’s Family Self-Sufficiency program and training through Metro Action Commission, she completed the certification and went from juggling four part-time jobs to building a meaningful career in childcare. This achievement has allowed Niea to bring even greater stability and opportunity to her family.
