The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) is requesting public comment on its updated Tenant Selection Plan (TSP). The TSP establishes the admissions, waiting list, occupancy and eligibility policies governing MDHA’s Multifamily Housing properties. The plan is intended to ensure compliance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations and promote fair, consistent and nondiscriminatory access to housing opportunities for eligible applicants.
This TSP applies only to MDHA’s Multifamily Housing properties and does not govern the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) Program.
