MDHA is seeking public comments on the draft Substantial Amendment 1 to the 2018-2023 Consolidated Plan for Housing and Community Development and 2019-2020 Annual Update for Program Year Two (2019 Action Plan) until 4 p.m. May 15, 2019. In addition, MDHA will host a public hearing on these items at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23 at 1419 Rosa L.
