The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) has opened its waiting lists for Edgehill Apartments on a first-come, first-served basis from noon July 16, 2020, until 3 p.m. July 20, 2020. Anyone currently on the Edgehill Apartments waiting list will need to reapply.
Please click here for a direct link to the application. Online-only applications are now being accepted and can be submitted online 24 hours a day during the waiting list period. Applications will be accepted online only and can be submitted 24 hours a day during the open application period at www.nashville-mdha.org (click on the button that says Apply for Affordable Housing). The application is simple and takes less than 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to register a new username and password and have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.
Applicants interested in Edgehill Apartments who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-252-2294 between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. during the open application period. Assistance is limited to phone calls in light of the COVID-19 outbreak.
Edgehill Apartments is located at 1277 12th Ave. S. and features one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments.
