Colby Sledge is the Local Policy Principal at Grounded Solutions Network, a national nonprofit organization working to support and expand homeownership models with lasting affordability. Prior to joining Grounded Solutions, Colby served two four-year terms as a Metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County Councilmember.
