6a. Approval of the Award of PBVs – 1026 Scovel St.
Board approval is requested to award four PBVs for a new construction development known as House of Jewels at 1026 Scovel St. as single room occupancy (SRO) units. The development includes five units – four studio apartments and one one-bedroom apartment dedicated to youth aging out of the foster care system.
