MDHA offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 26, and Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2026, due to inclement weather. Maintenance staff will need to check in with their direct supervisor first thing each morning. Residents who need to report a maintenance emergency before the Agency reopens should call their leasing office and select option 1 when prompted.
Our staff are reporting all power outages to Nashville Electric Service (NES) and surveying the damage at MDHA properties. Maintenance staff are also addressing emergency work orders as they can.
