The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency is now accepting online-only applications for Vine Hill Studio Apartments, an elderly and disabled property, on a first-come, first-served basis from noon Feb. 27, 2024, to 3 p.m. March 11, 2024.

In order to qualify for an elderly and disabled property, the head of household must be at least 62 years old or have a disability. In most cases, documentation of the disability is required.

The application is simple and takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to register a new unique username and password and have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.

Vine Hill Studio Apartments is located at 625 Benton Ave. in Nashville and features one-bedroom apartments.

Applicants may also visit public libraries to access a computer. All 21 Nashville Public Library locations have public access computers, and neither an appointment nor a library card are necessary to use them. Applicants can visit the library’s website to find the location closest to them.
