The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency has opened its waiting list for CWA Plaza Apartments I on a first-come, first-served basis from noon June 27, 2023, until 3 p.m. June 29, 2023. Anyone currently on the CWA Plaza Apartments I waiting list will need to reapply.
CWA Plaza Apartments I features two- and three-bedroom apartments.
Applications will be accepted online only and can be submitted 24 hours a day during the open application period at www.nashville-mdha.org. A new version of the MDHA website launched this month, and applicants can find the application by clicking the button on the large yellow banner at the top of the home page that says Apply Now for Housing or clicking Apply for Housing under the Renters tab on the home page. The application process remains the same and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to register a new username and password for each property and have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully.
The leasing office for CWA Plaza Apartments I is located at 500 Shelby Ave. in East Nashville. Applicants interested in CWA Plaza Apartments I who are in need of assistance may call the management office at 615-254-5576 (choose option 2 when prompted) between noon and 3 p.m. June 27.
Applicants may also visit public libraries to access a computer. All Nashville Public Library locations have reopened for in-person services. While face coverings are no longer required, they are strongly encouraged for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals while inside Metro buildings, including Nashville Public Library.
MDHA will open one more waiting list this week. Each property has its own waiting list, so applicants interested in both CWA Plaza Apartments I and CWA Plaza Apartments II will need to fill out two online applications.
CWA Plaza Apartments II features two-bedroom apartments.
The waiting list will be open from noon June 28, 2023, until 3 p.m. June 30, 2023.
