MDHA will host a public hearing on the 2018-2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) at 5:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 19 at 1419 Rosa L. Parks Blvd.

The CAPER report describes the accomplishments for housing and community development activities for Metro Nashville and Davidson County funded under the Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, Emergency Solutions Grant, and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS programs during the 2018-2019 program year (June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019). This report is required to be completed annually and will be submitted, with public comments, to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for their approval.

If you are unable to attend the public hearing, you may still provide feedback until 10 a.m., central time, Aug. 27, 2019.
