Refuse Compactor Leasing, Maintenance and Refuse Pickup

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) will receive Proposals from qualified providers for Refuse Compactor Leasing, Maintenance and Trash Pickup at Cherry Oak Apartments located at 705 South Sixth Street, Nashville, TN 37206 (immediate), and Park Point East located at Summer Place and South Seventh Street, Nashville, TN 37206 (future). Expandable to other future properties as needed.

This RFP for Refuse Compactor Leasing, Maintenance and Refuse Pickup and its current plans and specifications is available through MDHA’s Procurement Housing Agency Marketplace Site.

All Proposals must be received before 2 p.m. CDT Sept. 14, 2023. A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 2 p.m. CDT Aug. 17, 2023, with a site visit to follow.

Questions submitted in writing on Responder’s letterhead and properly signed will be accepted until 2 p.m. CDT Aug. 30, 2023. MDHA’s response to written inquiries will be issued as Addenda via MDHA’s Procurement Housing Agency Marketplace. Oral explanations or instructions given before the award of the contract will not be binding. Questions may be submitted via “Housing Agency Marketplace”
