MDHA Accepting HCV Applications ONLINE ONLY July 18-24, 2013
MDHA will accept applications ONLINE ONLY for Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers (HCV) beginning Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 7:30 am and ending Wednesday July 24, 2013 at 4:00 pm.
Applications will be accepted ONLINE ONLY. Paper applications will not be accepted, unless necessary as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability. Apply online at www.nashville-mdha.org.The application link will not be available until 7:30 am on July 18, 2013. Applying online is convenient, fast and you’ll be notified immediately by e-mail that your application has been received. In order to apply online, you will need to register a user ID and password. You must also have a valid e-mail address.
Anyone needing access to a computer may visit a public library, or for anyone needing assistance in completing an online application, computer access and MDHA staff will also be available at the MDHA Randee Rogers Training Center 1419 Rosa L. Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37208 on Thursday July 18th, Friday July 19th, Monday July 22nd and Tuesday July 23rd from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (till 6:00 pm on July 22nd). The Randee Rogers Training Center will not be available on Wednesday July 24th.
There will be no computers or staff available to assist at our 620 Dew St. office.
Each applicant’s position on the waiting list is NOT on a first-come, first served basis. It’s NOT necessary to stand in line or rush in on the first day to be one of the firsts to submit an application. The date and time an application is submitted will have no effect on an applicant’s position on the waiting list. More information on how the process works will be available when the application is completed.
All applications submitted between July 18th at 7:30am and July 24th at 4:00pm have an equal chance of being placed near the top of the waiting list.
