HOUSING PROGRAMS

For Homeowners



MDHA is accepting pre-screening forms from homeowners living in Nashville-Davidson County with incomes ≤ 80% AMI interested in receiving assistance with repairs on their homes to correct health and safety issues. Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, upon determination of eligibility and priority status, until funding is exhausted.

In order to manage program demand with available funding, MDHA will only accept 100 pre-screening forms. Additional information about the pre-screening, formal application submission process and general program guidelines is available by accessing the links below:

For Landlords



Rental Rehab – OPEN 

MDHA is accepting applications from property owners that own property in need of rehabilitation in Nashville/Davidson County that wish to make their property available to lease to tenants with incomes at or below 80% Adjusted Median Income (AMI) at Section 8 Fair Market Rents for a minimum of 10 years. Applications will be accepted on a on a first-come, first-served, first-approved basis until available funding is exhausted.

Homebuyer Projects – HOME funds for homebuyer projects will be made available to non-profit affordable housing developers  on a competitive basis.   MDHA expects to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) in December 2017.  If you would like to be notified of this opportunity, please send an email to: aharrell@nashville-mdha.org, Subject: Homebuyer  Projects RFP.
