Homeowner Rehab Program

DECEMBER 2012 -- Due to excessive demand, MDHA is NOT accepting applications for the Homeowner Rehab program. MDHA will resume accepting applications if additional funding becomes available.

MDHA helps to rehabilitate homes for low-income Nashvillians through targeted low-interest loan and grant programs. Over the years, this assistance has been vital, and has allowed many people to remain in their homes while also helping neighborhoods to remain stable and viable places to live.
