MDHA and partners receive more than $30 million for neighborhood stabilization efforts

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development has announced that the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, in a consortium established with The Housing Fund, Urban Housing Solutions, the Woodbine Community Organization, Pinnacle Financial Partners and Vanderbilt University's Center for Community Studies, has been awarded nearly $30.5 million in new funding. Weatherization Assistance Program

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency is offering weatherization services at NO COST to qualified applicants. This project is funded under an agreement with the Tennessee Department of Human Services. For more information and to find out if you might be eligible, click here.
