March 31, 2011 -- Click here for information on the FY 2010-2011 federal budget

The 2010-2015 Metropolitan Nashville-Davidson County Consolidated Plan process began in August 2009 with a series of public meetings to discuss the community development and affordable housing needs of the county. This plan outlines the goals of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) four block grant programs for the next five years:

The Metropolitan Council approved the plan on January 19, 2010, and the plan was submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for approval. Please click here for the Five Year Plan.

The 2010-2011 Action Plan also was submitted to HUD detailing MDHA’s strategy for executing the Consolidated Plan. Please click here for the 2010-2011 Action Plan.
