CoC Technical Assistance Process

The Office of Community Planning and Development, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has partnered with The Cloudburst Group to work with the Nashville–Davidson County Continuum of Care (CoC) members, the Metropolitan Government Mayor’s Office, the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA), and the Metropolitan Homelessness Commission (MHC), plus interested parties, to strengthen the Nashville-Davidson County CoC’s ability to provide effective services for the community’s homeless population.
