Ralph Mosley, Chair
Mr. Mosley is the retired chairman and chief executive officer of Southwestern/Great American. He was appointed to the Board in November 2007.

Jimmy Granbery, Vice Chair for Development
Mr. Granbery is the CEO of H.G. Hill Realty. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Office and Industrial Properties and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Granbery was appointed to the Board in July 2011.

Melvin C. Black, Vice Chair for Housing
Mr. Black served as a teacher and coach in the Metro Nashville public school system for more than 30 years. Following his retirement, he served two terms on the Metro Council, from 1996 to 2003. He was appointed in January 2004.

Gayle Fleming, Commissioner
Ms. Fleming is one of two housing residents serving on the Board. She was appointed to the Board in July 2008.

Guilford F. (Gif) Thornton, Commissioner.
Mr. Thornton is a partner with the law firm of Adams and Reese, a member of the firm's government relations committee and chair of the executive committee. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Law and serves as legislative counsel to a number of businesses, trade associations and governmental entities.

Anna Page
Ms Page is a former member of the Metropolitan Council of Nashville and Davidson County and the owner of Rebel Hill Florist. She is a graduate of Glencliff High School in Nashville and attended Maryville College in Maryville, TN. She began her public service career by becoming active in her neighborhood association and is a long-time advocate for improving neighborhood liveability. She joined the MDHA Board of Commissioners in 2012.
