MDHA will open its waiting lists for two family properties on a first-come, first-served basis in April 2019.

Online only applications will be accepted for Cheatham Place from noon April 18 until 3 p.m. April 24, 2019. Online only applications will be accepted from noon April 23 until 3 p.m. April 29, 2019 for Neighborhood Housing. Anyone currently on these two waiting lists will need to reapply.

Applications will be accepted online only and can be submitted 24 hours a day during the open application period at www.nashville-mdha.org (click on the button that says Apply for Affordable Housing). A valid email address is required, and applicants will be notified by email when they have completed the application.

The new online only application, which was created in 2018, is more extensive than the previous online only application and will require additional time and information. Those interested in applying may view a sample of the new application by clicking here. This will allow applicants to gather the information needed to complete the application ahead of time.

Each property has its own waiting list, so applicants interested in both properties will need to fill out two online applications.

Anyone needing access to a computer with internet service may visit a public library.
